Global Community Days with Maersk

Result

The ā€œFuture HRā€ programme at Maersk introduced a new organization, IT, and global processes. During the global event ā€œCommunity Days,ā€ HR employees engaged with the strategy and shaped the conversation through visual designed tools. They created stories and future scenarios. They gave close to 9 in satisfaction score after.

Challenge

The goal was to communicate HR’s future vision and actively engage employees through involvement and co-creation, fostering trust, commitment and engagement in the new direction.

Solution

A global event held across four regions for 800 Maersk HR employees. The concept included knowledge sharing ā€˜Camps’, where employees engaged in visually structured conversation games. A visual identity and on-site wayfinding, creating a space where employees could shape their own narratives about the future of HR.
